Ok, really going to give this a go now. :) Will sort out a exercise plan and start this weekend. Really need to do something now soccers over and summers coming. eek.

I started Tuesday instead of Monday. Yesterday did some crunches & jack knives if that’s what you call them. lol. I also been doing push ups. I just feel like doing those lol.

Monday I did 100 crunches & owww. I pushed myself hard. My boyfriend has a 6 pack, and I need 2 get off my lazy butt and start exercising. I am not fat I am skinny w/ no pack. Tuesday I did 200 crunches. 100 n the morning and 100 more in the afternoon. And I can kinda see the results.. x.~
well, did todays 50 crunches, as promised.
unfortunately, in karate they made me do a hell of a lot more!
i suppose its all for the best.
wasn’t that hard really :)
its all a question of commitment, really.
if i can stick at all the daily crunches (lets set it at 50 a day) then i bet ill get there :)

any nutrition required for that?or is it just the actual exercise?
Ok. I know they are in there somewhere…but they are mad at me for eating and drinking…making them hide behind a layer of blubber. I know exactly what I am “supposed” to eat. But, sometimes the little guy in my head says, “eat the wings!, drink the beer”!

Swimsuit season is fast approaching and I’ve a short time to tame my abs into tip-top condition. I plan to do a lot of swimming come May. I have until two weeks after I get my tattoo to complete this. I’m buckling down. My abs already ache from a workout two days ago.
