Be a socialite

My goal is to become a London Socialite. I’ve found a social diary that has all of the contact numbers to get tickets to London red carpet events and I’ve been visiting www.socialitesociety.com a board for aspiring socialites. 5 years ago

I actually cover socialites every day, so I know how exhausting the life of a socialite really is. I also know that a lot of people are calling themselves socialites when they’re really celebrities or divas or just rich dilettantes. (This prompted me to write about it in my blog, Mocha Socialite. See my August 4, 2006 blog post which sets the record straight about who and what a socialite is. http://mochasocialite.blogspot.com).

So, I love my privacy way too much to actually want to be a socialite, but I do love covering them; they’re such pretty, sparkly little butterflies.
