From 250 to 180, give or take a few pounds. 2 years ago

Well I haven’t exactly gone down to 180lbs as my current weight is around 174lbs, so perhaps it’s best to say I surpassed it.

Three or four years ago I was close to 250lbs, a masive 244lbs is what I recall set off the alarms. It didn’t take long for me to realize something had to change, and as the world wasn’t about it, then it would have to be me. Within a few years I resigned from the toxic environment I was working at, surrounded by individuals that can rest their stomachs on their desks and smell of acidic substances they don’t even notice. Kinda the way some women smell when they claim men are stinky.

Either way, I started exercizing while still there, and then when the habbit was altered I started to change what I ingest. Eventually found some kinda weird diet consisting of McDonald’s milkshakes and fries, muffins, Burger King burgers, rice, salads, tofu, nuts, onion rings and mayo dips, chocolate cookies, subs, and above all else, 40% alcoholic beverages.

I’m happy to say I have never been fitter in my life. At 174lbs, I can jog for 4 hours, cross 5km on a lake, cycle for hours, dance for hours, and sweat enough to change the color of black shorts into whiteish.

The only thing I can’t do it seems, is find employment, but that can’t be related to my weight. Even my BMI is lower, now around 17%, and at around 180cm, that’s fit.
