blog more than once a week

I know a lot of bloggers struggle with finding the time to keep up with at least semi-regular posting. I realized earlier today that many blogging services now include the feature to write posts with future dates that remain hidden until the future becomes the present. Sure it won’t take the place of posting timely updates it will make it easier to blog more than once a week in the long run.

For the past few weeks I’ve been posting at least weekly to both of my blogs. One general one and a second hobby blog. If this keeps up for another few weeks this is getting marked off as done.

let’s face it, i suck at blogging. i spent so much time getting my blog to look pretty, then i stop blogging (not quite, but i got lazy). it’s just that sometimes, the things that happen to me aren’t all that blog-worthy - OMG! he smiled at me! - and i really dont have anything to say beyond ‘OMG!’. other times, the blog-worthy happenings can’t be put in, due to the number of people (as if!) who read my blog—ie, the people i want to blog about, know where my blog is, and i really dont want them to know that i like/hate/love/lust/etc them.

so, bottomline is, i need to have a more non-censored, blog-worthy life. (hmmm… maybe i should make that part of the 43 things… )
