Ambience Gratitude Is The Key To Happiness
In order to create a beautiful morning spiritual routine i intend to wake up reasonably early in the morning, around 7am and first do a little reiki and meditation whilst drinking my morning tea. I will listen to affirmations about the day ahead by louise hay and put on some subliminal tapes to help me progress in my life whilst drinking herbal tea where possible. At the moment i drink english breakfast by twinnings, but this has caffeine in, so i will try replace this tea. I will also do atleast 20 minutes of reiki dance to get my system going. This should take an hour in total as a maximum.
After this i will have a nice relaxing bath and spend atleast one hour getting ready before i start my day, just to give me abit of me time. At 9am i will begin working on whatever project requires my attention. I will also start my day with gratitude and holding my gratitude rock to think of the things i’m grateful for.
