Greet my spouse with a hug and kiss every day

OK, how to make this a habit, well, the kids greet him, so I will try to join them.

Well, I had been doing pretty well at this, but having a C-section in July made it so I couldn’t get up and walk over to him! He has stopped saying Honey, I’m home, and I am going to try to remind him and try to remember to hug and kiss him when he gets home tomorrow. I will keep trying to make this a habit.

I hadn’t even thought about this until I saw the goal. It’s so simply, but it seems really really nice and easy to keep up with!

We do this everyday…so far :) At the time of this posting, we’ve only been married 3 months. I don’t think it’s gonna change though.

My parents have done it for over 50 years now.
I imagine I will do it for 34 more years at least (that will get me to 50 years).

When I seen someone else with this goal I decided that it was a great goal for me. My hunny and I will often go about an 1 to 2 hours after getting home from work or whatever and forget to kiss or hug the other person. We often find ourselfs too busy to drop what were doing. Maybe this will help the relationship. So I’m going to start today. Hopefully I won’t be to caught up in what I’m doing and forget like normal.

I will know i have succeeded when my husband expects it and isn’t pleasantly surprised by it anymore.

I almost always do this even after 16 years but I want to remind myself that this is something important I need to do.

And, my kids need to see me doing it.
Great comfort to know that their father and mother love each other.

I am very consistent with this because my husband is. He likes me to greet him, so he always remember to say “Hi Honey I’m home”. It is working well for us.

Well, I want to remember to hug and kiss my husband every time he comes home from work, so I asked him to say “Hi Honey I’m Home” when he comes inside and to find me. This will remind me to stop whatever I’m doing and greet my best friend with a hug and kiss so he knows I love him and appreciate him. It doesn’t sound like a big goal, but it is important to me. I love him.
