see Fiona Apple in concert

i finally saw her in concert in phila, pa and it was AWESOME. despite it being kind of a bizarre show (nickel creek was there, and was her back up band, and they playing songs, she came out then left, they played songs, and she came back out? weird) it was really awesome. and her dancing is way sweet and i’m gonna have to steal some of those moves!

i just found out that fiona is playing in phila, pa on the 18th of august and i was planning on going to phila in aug anyway, so now i just need to make sure that i’m there on the 18th so i can see her! life is awesome.

she opened for coldplay last month and i had to endure her scary antics for most of an hour. i had the disadvantage of really great seats (6th row!!!) during that time, and i definitely saw some track marks on her forearm… not impressed!

She’s coming to OKC with Coldplay in January! I’m so excited!
