im going to try cardio and resistance training that is helping me im starting to see results

maybe i’ll start wearing corsets. they seem to work pretty well for the peoples on the internets.
Well this is kind of a strange goal… You can’t really get an hour-glass shape unless thats how your body is made. Thats like me saying that my goal is to be 5 inches shorter, i cant change the way my body is made…
And FYI, i am hourglassy shaped and trust me it does NOT look good in everything!!!!! i cant wear so much stuff other people who go straight up and down can

Today I decided to get started on this goal – I lost one pound since yesterday, which puts me at 111.5, and I did sit ups and crunches today. I don’t feel like I had a hard workout, but I guess that will surface tomorrow morning. It’s not like I want to loose a lot of weight – I just want a flat stomach and a tighter lower figure. I am going to take this one day at a time and hope I can reach this goal by next summer.
I want to have an hour-glass figure, so I can look good in anything I wear!
