How I did it: mindfulness, communication, teamwork, respect, drafting and writing, keep main focus one yer own sh't, don't fuss on others' except to let people know how things interconnect and what's the logic of certain processes, allowing others to assume helper roles, less ego and more willingness to be wrong, piping up when necessary, but mostly communication and mindfulness! There is no end to this aspect of one's work, only a continual re-assessment and perhaps refining process, self awareness develops as a great side benefit. rinse and repeat!
