I’ve always been a night owl! I would just keep it up and go with the flow, but the man in my life has to be up every morning between six and seven to get ready for work, as does his brother/roomie. They are noisy! I’m generally in and out of sleep for at least an hour or so before I can finally settle into proper, healthy sleep again. What a waste of an hour!
If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. The only problem with getting up at six every day is that it means going to bed earlier as well, because I’m all about getting my eight hours. I was doing pretty well for a few days, but Xmas mucked everything up. Perhaps getting up half an hour earlier each day will shift my body clock gradually so that it’s not such a shock to the system. >:P
