I did the book for like 3 days and then put it on a shelf and forgot. It’s time to pick it up again. Part of the reason why it seems to have fallen off for me is that I can pretty much go days without needing to handwrite something. Not totally sure that’s good or bad. 1 month ago

I got a book called “Fix it Write” that says you should practice only 10-15 minutes per day, otherwise you may regress. Sounds good to me! Only had it for like 4 days, so no improvement yet, hahaha. 10 months ago

I’m having fewer hand cramps and seem to be developing more of a consistent style now that I’m using thick pens with foam grips on them. 22 months ago

Doing A LOT of writing in my new job at hospital – I write about 2 handwritten pages per patient I see.
My handwriting and hand/arm cramps were causing lots of problems but seem to be improving since I’ve gotten some gel ink pens and am focusing on not clenching my arm so much. 22 months ago
