A new local bakery moved into town and now I can’t stop eating thier whole grain bread! Its soft and light and absolutely delicious!

I eat whole wheat on sandwiches and things, but with rice—I hate it. Pastas are 50/50 but at this point I am eating all the whole grains I desire to eat and thats that.

I’m a white braed kid, but after what my science textbook said, I will become a borg drone to authority and start eating whole grains and stuff.

I’ve had fun experimenting with different kinds of breads. Now whole grain foods taste better to me than bleached grain ones.
