I don’t think I could come up with anything better than the title of this goal! I hope it’s a wonderful year, that you get lots of writing done and that whatever camouflage you want to slough off starts working its way loose.

Earlier this year I arranged a surprise for Judith that I was so tempted to have delivered to her six months ago. She’s been so thoughtful to me over the years that I wanted to do something amazing for her. As I type this, I see the cow that she brought me when we first met at the NYC meet. On the nearby bookshelf are the books she sent me including the autographed edition that was a true stunner. So of course here it is her birthday and I have no idea where the thing I bought for her ages ago is located. I’ll be searching for it though and will get it off to her before Christmas for sure. In the meantime, these wishes for the coming year will have to suffice.

May you write daily, and recognize the value in the words you put together and have others recognize their value too. May you continue to grow stronger in body and mind, as well as in your relationships with others. And may you make plans regularly to accomplish one of the things you’ve been putting off doing, and actually carry through with those plans until completion.
