and running my own (currently small) business, it’s easy to get into the habit of doing things when I feel like it. Inevitably this leads to lax scheduling. I’ve started a daily routine to ensure I stay on track. Every day now I:
- Meditate
- Consider my dreams and desires
- Visualize positive outcomes
- Write up diary notes
