I will love myself regardless.

I honestly think I’m one of the ugliest people alive. When I was 8, I would have mental breakdowns and cry for hours because I knew no one thought I was pretty. Now, I don’t cry really. I do think myself as ugly and fat. Also, every guy in my school thinks I’m ugly. No guy likes me. I think when someone calls me pretty or beautiful, it’s because they don’t want to make me feel bad. I also think that all my poems/ drawing/ stories are bad. I end up quiting in the middle of things because I know they’ll end up bad…...i need to think of myself better and have no clue how…help

I got a great book recommended by my therapist called 10 Days to Self Esteem. So at least I am actively working on this one!
