i’ve been working out in gym for 2 weeks.
it’s great … but i’ll try harder to lose about 10 lbs in 3 months!
is it possible?
How I did it: Convinced a few friends, started going regularly, your every body part will pain first 5 - 6 days but then its all good and you feel very energetic all day long ...... so go ahead and give it a try ;)

I really want to do something for my health and i also want to become more attractive. I owen a gym VIP memeber card already more than 8 month and i never have been to gym, not even once. There are reasons and excuses, such as: I never went to a gym, so i dont know how to do this kind of exercises, the language difficulties, there are many who will stare at me (this definitly is going to happen) because i am not chinese and here in this city where i am, there are only chinese people and just a few foreigerns, of course i also feel some kind of lazynes. I decide to buy that gym card long time ago and it make me feel great when i got it, but it is sad that i never really do something, i plan to do. Now the time for excuses is over! Hope soon i can write about some progress. the motivation is there, now it’s time to act!
I just went to the nearest gym and subscribed for a whole year. I’ve chosen what they call “super open” wich means that I can do whatever I want when I go there.
Tomorrow I’m going there again, because one of the guys will make my “tab” (sorry if the term is not correct, but nothing else is coming in my mind xD) and after that, I’ll probably stay for some exercise.
It’s a big step for me also for another reason: I’ve payed everything whit my own money and it’s the first time i pay such an expensive cost all by myself.
