This goal should be so easy for me! I just want to try pilates once or twice to see if it is something I might enjoy. So, to kickstart this goal, I’m considering taking a class at my local community centre. The class starts in June and includes 5 all-levels pilates classes for a decent price. 14 months ago
How I did it: I started practising pilates at home in the morning. At the beginning I was able to do only simple exercises in small number - my physical condition was pretty bad. Then I increased the nummer of exercises. Every time I tried to do one more. Today I finished the whole series, which included 18 different exercise.
