Didn`t happen in 2005.

Now. Waiting for the moment again. Camera is in hand.

I saw this as one of the roadblocks on Amazing Race, and decided I wanted to do it.

It sounds like so much fun!

i went paragliding at torrey pines gliderport in san diego, CA. it was one of the coolest experiences ever :)

Did my first week of paragliding in the Alps in France ! 13 solo flights.. loved it ! Signed up for a week in Morocco.

I should be doing this goal soon. I know the ownwer of a paragliding company in town and I plan on going with him this fall when it’s less busy

Paragliding is definitely worth it its worth your money and you get an amazing view from the sky!

I did it when I was skiing! Except it wasn’t windy enough for me to have my skis on, so I literally ran off a mountain. So exhilarating! Loved it!

I’m debating on whether or not I can afford this, but it seems like such a worthwhile way to spend a couple hundred bucks… Hawaii will be amazing even if I don’t do it, but oh to fly, to feel so free. It seems I’ve been wanting it all my life.

I was always that silly kid who hung out on the very edge of the school grounds staring at the fence for every recess. Some things are just built in I guess.

I went to an adventure sports resort in England a few years ago to learn to paraglide. The day they taught us how to do it was so beautiful, and it was right on the Irish Sea, but unfortunately there were lots of “thermals” that day (the big, puffy clouds that kept floating by were a pretty good sign), and just before I got strapped in to take my turn jumping off the side of that mountain, the wind shifted like crazy, and we had to stop. I was so close to getting to do this! That was 8 1/2 years ago, though. It’s time for me to do this at last!
