I want to do this so that I might open more areas of my brain and improve cognitive function. I am already ambidextrous in both hands (I’m allowing myself three more days before I consider the goal accomplished).
I think I am going to do this by following the suggestion of another writer and that is write something on one side of the paper normally than trace it on the back.

pasos a seguir
-escribir todo el abecedario primero
-luego, escribir mi nombre
- escribir oraciones
-luego probar tipos de letras distintos
masterizar el proceso tonto pero entretenido!! ;) jajaja

I am proud to say I am now completely capable of writing backwards but only in cursive. I am still very slow if it’s just your normal “non-cursive” lettering. I did a 22 page rough draft for a college term paper backwards and found it to be quite readable in the mirror. I’m just tingling over all this accomplishment.

First, write the entire alphabet in upper and lower case the normal way on a thin piece of paper. Then, trace what you wrote on the back. Now you know how letters look backwards. Practice writing it that way till you get it right. Good luck!
