I have a wii fit and I use the Yoga feature programme, I find it far easier to exercise using this as it is more fun than just on my own or exercising to a video.
I exercise on average 3 hours a week since we got the wii fit.

How I did it: My friend told me about a podcast for yoga that she had been using called Yogamazing, and I subscribed to it and started practicing myself. :)
I did yoga a while back, but I stopped. My body is till having to get used to the stretching that is now being required of it.
Though I say it only took me a few days to reach my goal of starting, that is only half true. I've been wanting to do it for a while but have been putting it off... BUT after I put it up on 43 Things, I started within a matter of two weeks tops.
Lessons & tips: Stay focused and determined. Don't think about how good other people are, just remember that it's about where YOUR body is... how comfortable YOU are at this particular time. There is always tomorrow... with each day you practice, you will feel yourself advancing.

And that class was incredibly wonderful and painful, both physically and emotionally. Letting go of some of the stress that holds me together feels dangerous right now. Maybe once I’m in a different place, where I don’t have to juggle so many two hour chunks in a day, I’ll commit myself to yoga and the falling apart that seems to come with it for me.
Now that I’ve dropped a class I have a bit more time on my hands. Tonight I’m going to rearrange my work schedule so that I can go to the 5-6pm classes that Smith offers. Of course I say this, but will I do it tomorrow? Maybe the day after that. Sometime soon, at least.
I have also decided to make a conscious effort to continue with the Yoga. I did some practice today and will try to practice for at least 3 times a week so that I become more healthy and relaxed.
Started practising Yoga a few days ago, I bought a book and my daughter Anastasia and I have been going through some basic moves to start with.
