buy rental property

that we’ll be using the house we’re in now as a rental when it comes to repairs and remodeling. I’ve found amazing pieces I would love to have in our home now, but it’s just not a logical decision to do so. So keeping that in mind I have to down grade some remodeling I have in mind. Not much of a down grade, I still want it to be a nice place, but enough that its more practical for the purpose.

is probably this… We’ll end up buying a bigger house and use the one we’re in now as a rental property. It’s in a great location, short ride to the beach, in the middle of great shopping. So we can probably get a good price for it.

Just brought a property in Buffalo NY. Now we will see if this pays financially, especially from a tax point of view.

They counter offered and we’re going to accept, pending a termite and foundation inspection!!!!

Deb loaned me her Carleton Sheets CDs. He’s of the “no down payment” fame, I guess. Anyway, I’ve only listened to one disc and I’m already so motivated!! We need to do this… he’s so right—you’re never going to have enough money if you only save. You need INVESTMENTS.

.. but I am always without money.. I go always holidays… when I have a week-end or a bit of time.. i go in some place, for example next week will go to Castiglione della Pescaia and will spend about 1500 Euros… so I never have money to do other things… :(
