How to laugh until it hurts at least once a day.
It made me 
"Pure awesome."
How I did it: Laughed. I just, laughed! Really. It's that simple. Find something funny, don't hold back, and just laugh out loud. If no one's home, it's also fun to sing as loud as you can, sometimes that's so hilarious to listen to, it gets you laughing also. 8D Try iiiit.
Lessons & tips: Don't try being depressed or "staying cool", that ruins so much fun it's... well, not even funny!

I’m in high spirits today. It makes it easier to laugh and poke fun at myself. I wonder what songs will go through my mind as I’m doing this 2 hr massage.
