I’d like to be able to write with both hands. It’s partly because of the fact that every left-handed person I’ve ever seen has been way cooler than most right-handed people.
If I do learn to write left-handed, then it’ll be fun to show people how I can write with both hands!

Wondering…If I was born with left handed at first .
Since elementary, I had been trained to write with right hand for quite an extra long hard time..== My Mom still thinks I may have writing disability or retarded…
During Secondary, I discovered….that I can draw an eyebrow with both hands by each sides…Then I have tried to write on the black board… Except, my left hand started to shake when I was intended to write on a piece of paper (seems lack of strength to hold the pencil/pen)
I wish to learn to capture my strength in my left hand>>> Let’s Rock the way with our LEFT HAND

I think the key to learning to write left-handed is deliberate practice. I love playing sudoku and have tons of spare puzzles laying around. As I work my way through them, I’m using only my left-hand. I’ve already learned some valuable techniques that are so ingrained in my right hand but I hadn’t thought about since second grade.

The nurse at my doctors office said something to me about how all the dominant veins are in my left arm and that’s strange for a right handed person. So I went home to see if I could write with my left hand and it wasn’t really awkward! That’s odd. I can actually doodle with my left quite well. It shocked me a little bit. I’m 30 years old and I never knew? I think I’m already left handed or I exhibit strong ambidexterity. Obviously the motor control isn’t as good with my left as it is with my my right. I’ve never used my left really. So I want to practice to see if my left hand excels.

I have been working on this for several months now, writing in a journal that is specifically for my left hand practice. I usually just copy stuff around me so I can focus on writing, not worrying about what to write. Today I was able to work on it a lot, and actually figured out how to better relax my hand while writing so it doesn’t cramp. It’s nerdishly exciting to go through this process for the second time in life, paying attention to each step as it comes to me.

funchilde is celebrating a new chance to begin again.
i thought about this for the last two weeks and in terms of things i want and need to get done, it is totally not a priority. maybe when i’m old and have more free time. LOL. part of getting things done is knowing what doesn’t need to get done!
