I been stress out lately with school and work. I didn’t have time to go to gym or even have time to do this I would like to do. So my goal was to lose weight before which I did but I gain it back since I didn’t really care about my eating habit. Since it was the last thing on my mind. But I got back on track. I got myself an elliptical which I love. I lost about 10 pounds on that. I got it about two weeks ago. I cut of soda completely and surgery drinks. Which is so hard but you got to do what best for your health. I try to work out about an hour a day now. So hoping to look good for my B-day and this time I’m not gonna set a goal of losing weight since I think your putting more pressure on yourself if you don’t lose it by then.

Okay I been kinda not hitting the gym, but I lost about 10 pound so far from eating better and taking long walk after every meal. But, I need to get tone up, so I need to hit the gym again. Grrww stress from school and work. I need to loss about 20 more pounds then get tone up after losing this weight. Three more months to go till my goals to achieve.
