i am starting my own company, and still working at my job while i do it. i want my company to be successful enough that i double my income this year, while scaling back my work at my job to just 2 days a week.

I want to buy an empty building in Providence and create mixed use loft space. I envision a mix of artists lofts and apartments for individuals/couples that might be able to afford rent, but are struggling to make the jump to ownership. We want to create affordable space that the owners can upgrade and personalize over time.
