yesterday i started practicing circular breathing – i practiced for about 10 minutes with a straw and a glass of water. right now i’m just blowing out my cheeks and then blowing out softly while breathing in and out, to get the feel of what’s supposed to happen later on.
it’s making me more aware of the way i breathe. i like it :)

Worth it, very much worth it. Just that it’s something that one will never stop doing, so I’m taking this off my list since I’ve started doing it regularly.

today during yoga i finally felt comfortable breathing along with my practice. usually i completely forget to breathe. also, i feel like i breathe in a little too fast, like i need to take my time. and i started to today – makes a world of difference.
i’m so into it. keep on keepin’ on.

Ok its more about “ease”, those days when breathing deeply is all you need, and everything you need. I’m working on taking one…a breath, full and quietly…each time I run up against a wall.
