I want to feel the luxury and the space on a flight.
Guess I had best win the Lottery!
How I did it: Saved up miles on my BMI credit card. Used them on Thai Air. Had a lovely massage in the spa before the flight. Champagne and caviar all the way! Read how I did it…

How I did it: Decided to upgrade on a trip to NC. Wasn't much more expensive than coach. Had the option to upgrade when I did my online check in--just needed a credit card. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Working for the airlines, you get the benefit of free standby travel... and the airlines take care of their own. If a seat is open in first class, they will give it to you before they give you one in coach. Read how I did it…
How I did it: By pure accident, I was bumped up to first class (I think because Airtran had overbooked the flight). What I will say about it is that the seats are VERY comfortable and you have lots of room. I only wish my flight had been longer than an hour and 20 minutes! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was sitting at the gate and they announced that there was an available seat in first class for $100. I went to the counter and paid for the upgrade. Read how I did it…

But only on flights that take forever and a day. I am tired of cramped seating, crappy plane food, and passive aggressive flight attendants.
Adam Reid is trying to get my debt in order
Every flight you take you always get marched through first class on the way back to your tight cramped seat at the back. It’s not a huge deal but it does look so much more comfortable up there, problem is, it’s usually $1000’s more per seat making it, in myh eye’s anyway, totally not worth the price. I’ll probably never pay that kind of money to actually book a 1st class ticket but i’m sure there’s more than a few ways to get up there without paying some crazy price.
I’ve decided that I don’t want this as one of my goals anymore. I’d rather take the extra money and pay a bill :)

My husband and I were on our way home from Scotland and our flight got overbooked. So after spending the night in the airport, the airlines gave us and the others that spent the night, first class tickets back home! It was a great experience.
It just looks so much more roomy and comfy in 1st Class. I want to try it, especially if the flight is very long.

This is something I want to experience in my life.

On my flight back to NYC after Christmas in my hometown I upgraded to Business Class. I liked it. You get to board first and while everyone is getting settled in their seats the flight attendants offer you drinks. There is more leg room {yay!} and a better selection of snacks {while everyone else has to be content with their tiny bag of pretzles}. I would definitely do it again. All those small perks add up to a much more pleasant flight.
But Business Class is different from First Class, right? First Class includes a little more luxury – like hot towels and champagne, right?
THAT’S what I’m looking for!
Delphi really doesn't need another status message to set.
I got bumped on a flight recently. I should have pushed more, they probably would have upgraded me.
