Just keep all your receipts and log them in to Microsoft Money or a similar program on a regular basis. Doing this does help a person to know where the money goes, areas that can be curtailed and does provide those lovely reports at the end of the month or year.

I hope I can keep it up. I know it will help me figure out where all my money goes and can make better choices.
