polisigh needs an adventure
Moved to St. Petersburg, Fla. in 2004. I may move away in a few years. Depends if/when I marry, but enjoying it so far!
soobeach If McCain/Palin win, I'm moving to Mars.
...having more than 2 sunny days a month! I live in NE Ohio. No more explanation needed.
i thot i had suceeded in this, but this winter i have concluded Tucson doesn’t cut it. it does get cold here, too cold. so tho i like it here i will probbaly eventually be going further south and lower altitude to get away from the chill. when i say always warm, i mean ALWAYS warm, not warm for 8 months, warm only during the middle of the day for 3 months, and cold all the time for the remaining month. no.
I feel it in my bones. I have to start wearing my coat and gloves and dream of warm places.
Really starting to think about warm places when the temperature starts dropping! Who’s with me?
I now live in Louisiana. Between the humidity and the hurricanes, I’m ready to go somewhere that has an actual WINTER.
A definite far in the future goal. Maybe when I’ve retired, join the old folks in Florida(NO Offense, really I admire them.)
I feel so strongly about this one. I HATE cold weather, wouldn’t miss the snow at all. I might change my mind when I go through menopause, not likely though. At least in KY the cold is a seasonal thing.
eh, decided i dont really want to move.. i love CO too much.. and it’s been really hot here this summer… hopefully it’s not that global warming is making the seasons more extreme, so that this is balanced out by extreme cold in the winter.. ‘cause that’s what i really dont like.. but eh.. moving sucks ;)
stupid thing is… i used to live in Ghana … where it really is nice and warm all the time.. .and then i moved to london! where right now, on May 16th, i am actually cold!
how depressing!
