How I did it: I had been wanting an E30 BMW for a long time. I needed a work car, so I decided it was the right time! I searched for the right car about 3 months until I found an '87 BMW 325, I paid the asking price and was on my way!!Soon after the master brake cylinder failed during rush hour traffic, and I rear ended somebody putting the car out of commission for about 8 months. I finally got the time to repair it, and bend the body back to acceptab… Read how I did it…

How I did it: Went in and bought it! I am a BMW driver for life. Everything about these vehicles is amazing. And I have spent tons of money on these bad boys. If you read any of my other goals you will see that I am trying to "downsize and simplify". This means leaving a high-paying career (or two if you include by boyfriend). I have owned my current BMW since i bought it new in 2002. and it is long paid for. It is still beautiful and I love it. I am p… Read how I did it…

I believe this is a very safe car… I really like the way they look. They are quick. Everything about them is amazing. Granted I love the corvette, but these cars are amazing hands down. Maybe I will get this for my future wife or something later in life.
wow, I just realized that I need to start now! I need to open a savings account, and not touch it; just for the car of my dreams. A white BMW.
Theres nothing like havin a big body BMW winding down the road like a two seat roadster :) 2001 740i Sport Package
It’s been one of my passions since a very long time to own a BMW and be the proud owner of it.I am not sure if can achieve it,but I’ll definitely make an effort for it.There’s no harm in dreaming and trying to aim for it.The colour has to be black…my favourite colour, among others. It definitely has to have all the necessary accessories and the latest gaggets attached to it.I will not allow anyone except my husband to touch it because of the emotional value attached to the car.I am keeping my fingers crossed till I get my dream car.

Need $6,200. Monthly deposit: $200. Next March 2008 $19,400.
Bought it on ebay. The coolest car I’ll ever own. It’s old and luxurious, and soon I need to have my hood repainted.
VardaElentari is always looking for something to learn.
She didn’t even know it was a BMW until months after she drove it home.
I just paid off my S-10 and wrecked into some construction walls.

BMW is still the best, most practical form of fun everyday transportation. I have been fortunate to drive track events (speed and hotlaps) in BMW’s, Lexus, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Land Rovers, Jaguars, etc… so I know for sure what brands of car I like. For ride, comfort, safety, responsiveness, and handling in the 30-100K range, BMW is typically the best for me because it has supreme handling abilities and a more sporty ride. Whether it is in a coupe, convertible, sport utility, or luxury sedan, the drive and heart of a BMW still wins mine.
Road trips are always more comfortable, too, with a BMW. If you have any highway driving in your life, cruising in responsive comfort is great in a BMW. The only one I did not have as much fun with for distance is the Z4 (roadster). The Z8 was too much fun, however (as my good friend introduced me to BMW driving with his)—and something I would own for fun in a split minute.
As for ownership of BMW’s, our 7’s were the best and I would own another any day. Now, I am holding out for just the right M (as a weekender—not a daily driver). For 4×4 in weather and for hauling I would also consider the X3 someday if they continue the line, though the seats are not very comfortable yet (and the X5 is more to our taste).
Luxury cars a personal driving style choice. For mid value luxury cars, Mercedes is too soft for my driving preferences. The runner up would be Lexus. The Land Rover is huge and wonderful but a gas hog. Hummer anyday, but again—same deal. The Volkswagen Toureg Diesel is an option, but it does not maneuver well under extreme conditions. For sport of performance, BMW wins hands down.
Because I am on a “reduce our ecological footprint” kick, I am pretty certain the next round of cars will include at least one Hybrid. HOPEFULY BMW is going to catch on to the trend and I can go back to owning one again.
