I really wish I could be happy about my body because I know that, that will set a chain reaction. I will end up being happier with life in general and I will end up being more confident in life and be able to show people exactly who I want them to see. I will be able to find a good guy and a good relationship because I will be good to myself.

So I am on my third week of living off of 1200 calories a day and doing my best to work out everyday. It’s getting easier, but I still think that the weight might not come off. I am pretty determined though.
My question is…how do you do everything right everyday? I usually can do one thing right…I can either work out really hard or I can eat really well…It’s hard to do both…I have other important things to think about…I know I have to get it together though
