learn how to not be jealous

I just realized that if you really care about someone, you need to look past the insecurities. If you know a person well enough, you shouldn’t have any trepidation. It’s hard (especially in relationships) to learn to trust if in the past relationship there was a lot of distrustful things happening. It CAN be easy, but it also can be easier said than done. You have to let go of your fears and learn to trust, and it’s kind of something you have to determine on your own. I learned to trust those that deserved it and disregard those that weren’t. It does take time and some effort, but it’s possible. And very worth it. 8 months ago
