How I did it: It's really all about finding the right routine for you. Whether you work out at home, at a gym by yourself, or in a class. Try different things. Taking part in a class at the gym has the added benefit of motivation from the team and a qualified trainer. Working out by yourself gives you the most flexibility, but you should NOT attempt this unless you're an experienced lifter and can maintain proper form, plus have the ability to monitor yourself well in terms of what you can handle. IF you can do this (that's how I work out), I recommend muscleandstrength.com for a routine. They have tons. Otherwise, there's DVDs. I LOVE Jillian Michaels!
