How I did it: It's really all about finding the right routine for you. Whether you work out at home, at a gym by yourself, or in a class. Try different things. Taking part in a class at the gym has the added benefit of motivation from the team and a qualified trainer. Working out by yourself gives you the most flexibility, but you should NOT attempt this unless you're an experienced lifter and can maintain proper form, plus have the ability to monitor yourself well in terms of what you can handle. IF you can do this (that's how I work out), I recommend muscleandstrength.com for a routine. They have tons. Otherwise, there's DVDs. I LOVE Jillian Michaels! Its been challenging, but anything worth doing is challenging. But, I have been getting back to the gym and strength training about 2 to 3 times per week. Unfortunately this cold sidelined me temporarily.

Well… I did take a brisk 46-minute walk. Perhaps I will gradually move up to strength training after performing warm-ups and cardio exercise. 17 months ago
I bought dumbells today to work my upper body.I bought my PUMA sneakers last week and have started alot of cardio this week. Will continue to build and do me!!! Live Life and Love Life! 18 months ago
