How can I test the “mathematics” of my board game? I want to make sure that it is winnable but not “solvable.” It is a strategy game, kind of like chess.

In this game u have 4 mins to anwser as many of the 40 question as possible.If a tie is to accure then it goes to a lightning round. In the lightning round i give 5 questions out of 10 which i chose and first buzzer goes first. If your wrong it goes to the next player. and the first to get to 3 answers wins.
in this game u have to make a char and u have kill many bosses like in chest wich u must kill the main man wich is the on in behiend like dungen and dragons. U must use stragaty and may new moves who ever has the most oppen mind will win.
I did this when I was like ‘12’. It was called “stuff”. I played it with my grandmother and she hated it.
