I’m doing better….sleeping is good….
I threw away all the antidepressants I think that is helping me get back to normal.
How to sleep soundly
It made me
rested 
How I did it: literally, you have to stop stressing, find something that will take your mind off of everything, find a book that will help you slow your mind down, find a movie you can fall asleep to, find a better mattress, find a bigger bed, find a cuddle buddy, etc.

Geez….you would think that sleep would be coming easier…NO
Still not sleeping either alone or with Keith…
He kind of sleeps all over the bed…so that will take some getting used to.

I changed antidepressants because of the side effects…well I’m not depressed and not having the other issues but now I can not sleep…

Up again last night…
Not sure why this has started up again. But woek up at 3 am having a dream about Mike with him in his firechief uniform telling me that I just need to be patient and he is going to come back. He just needs to figure out what he really wants.
Crap…like he is ever going to do that. Or maybe that was DeJa Vue (how do you spell that?)
