I Play Football For My School And It Took Me 3 Years To Finally Get It But I Did. Could’ve Gottten It A Year Sooner But A Back Spasms Leid Me Off For About A Month So My Max Went From 285 To 245. Then I Didnt Work Out This Whole Summer And My Max Went To 285 Again In November. In December I Got Too 300 But That Wasnt Enough I Wanted To Squat 3 Plates. I Got It YEsterday And It Feels Good To Be Part Of The 3 Plate Club.

I don’t squat enough, it’s too hard :P This is a big goal, it will take a long time. I don’t even know what I can squat now. But this is about twice my body weight, so I think it is a good goal to have with the squat.
