Mod my xbox

i have no idea what to do first, i dont know what the consiquences are, i need someone to give me some kind of clear tutorial and guide that tells me exactly how to mod an xbox

Because software cracking was failed, now it’s in the box for two years… ha..

Well I did it and it was totally easy… I was afraid at first with the new terms and the things I had to do, but all said and done, it was worth it.

I used the Xecuter3 chip. I have XBMC loaded and it working pretty will. I am experiencing occasional crashes though, so will have to investigate that.

first i succeeded to launch evox and then dashboard broken by mistake. currently my xbox emits errorcode 16. arrrrrggghhh…

Yeah I tried to mod an xbox once….. it was one of the latest models of the xbox, and you had to solder directly on the board in order for it to work… and yeah it didnt work, so now I dont have an xbox :(

I’m in the process of doing this using the xecuter 3 chip. I have finished all the soldering and re-assembled the box. Now just need to load the bios and software and start ripping games.

I have a sleeping xbox and now trying to s/w mod with MechAssult. It costs almost $30 to prepare s/w mod and much time to study.

And this time I should choose that which linux distribution is better. So difficult.
