So I now know a LITTLE bit more than I used to, which is a start.
For example, the order of (some) Emperors, specifically those whose reign came before the fall of the Empire:
Julius Caesar – Augustus (who was made a God after his death) – Tiberius (Stepson of Augustus) – Sejeanus (Tiberius’ head of police) – Caligula (who WAS a naughty boy) – Claudius (Nephew of Augustus, Uncle of Caligula) – Nero.

I don’t know anything about the Romans, really. It was never a priority in any of my History classes at school. I can name you some Emperors, some invasions, some lands they conquered, but I never could keep track of when/who/where properly.
I know it’s going to be inaccurate in places, but I’ve borrowed a friend’s set of “I, Claudius” DVDs. It won’t teach me all I need to know, but it’ll get me a start on some of the family tree…
