How I did it: Panama City Beach, FL is a huge vacation spot. During the summer there are activities up and down the beach all day long.. parasailing, jet skis, banana boat rides, etc. It costs from $50-$80 per person depending upon what you want. I went with my little sister and we didn't want any dips, so it was less expensive. However, the guys gave us dips anyway...they just didn't submerge us in the water (our feet only). The view was spectacular a… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went to Myrtle Beach July of 2008 and went to Third High Street and went Para sailing!!! :) It was amazing!! :) I did it with my sister, and my cousin Ricky. It was the most beautiful thing ever except when we were dipped into the water!!! All the way under haha! I suggest going parasailing to anyone who enjoys to do something they have never done before and also who would like to somehow conquer the heights!! :) Read how I did it…

was so relaxing! I had no fear at all. It was just me, the air and the sea under, it was magical. I recommend trying to everyone!

This was really really fun. It is very quiet up there. I did it in Mexico.
I’ve wanted to try this for a long time, but didn’t know what to expect. It was not at all what I thought; it was MUCH better!
When you are up in the air, you do not feel the sensation of movement at all. In fact, this is what I imagine weightlessness would feel like. What shocked me the most was the silence up there, as I expected the rush of wind to be deafening. The view from the air is priceless.
Absolutely a must-do for anyone who is interested in the slightest.

When we lived in Hawaii, I went parasailing with my hubby and a friend. It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend it to everyone out there!
I am a bit afraid of heights (which I think is a natural fear for most humans), and I also despise that falling sensation that you get on rollercoasters… so I was really nervous!
I’m happy to report that parasailing is not like flying, and there is no falling sensation at all. It actually feels more like floating. It’s the neastest sensation. It’s as though you have suddenly become weightless, and you just float away from the earth.
It is not something I can clearly describe with words. They do not justify the adrenaline rush that comes from sitting on a boat and 30 seconds later flying through the sky. It is the complete feeling of freedom. The view was incredible, I suggest taking a camera up with you because after a few seconds of being up there you no longer have the desire to hold on!
