i want to be my own person…like designing my unigue style and the making of my own clothes!!! im a very good sewer so that helps!!!

i want to do fashion

I am a high school student but already have many plans for my future as a successful and well known fashion designer. I am pretty sure what im going to call my label and it will be well known for cute suits, swimwear and evening wear. It should also be known for beautiful lace and very feminine pieces as well as striking dramatic garments. I like fashion a lot but more than that i love design. I love drawing designs and creating different images. Its not all about myself and my own fashion but more about the way the industry works.. thats my passion. I want to study for 3 years and the work successfully for 1 1/2 years with a famous designer then i want to start my own label with this really fashionable girl with blonde hair and a fringe. very scene.

i would like to graduate from high school. i would like to join FIDM. i would like to learn everything that there is about fashion design. after graduating i would like to start my own clothing line.

I have all these great ideas and I already have some products and names, but it’s so hard to break into any buisness and lead it. My plan is to fund it myself by starting with something I’m naturally good at, that way I can end up doing things I like, such as designing fashion. Eventually I’ll have my own line of products, but for now, I’m going to just have to make sure I meet the right people to help me out and get where I want to go.

I want to do this to. I have about 5 scrapbooks of stuff I designed but I lack the sewing skills to make them. I would LOVE to be able to run my own boutique selling my designs or, even better, have a catwalk show at Fashion Week. sigh Dreams….

Well, fashion is pretty much my life. I love everything about it. I mean, who else wouldn’t? I love dressing up & thinking of new looks. Fashion design is something I really want to pursue. I have big dreams of going to FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising).

My ideas are awesome. If only I knew how to sew and choose fabrics.
