after i learned how to do a back handspring, i did a billion in a row, and then the next week i couldn’t do it :( i blame my weak wrists
How I did it: Lots of practice and lots of falling on my head. LOL. But once you get it, its like riding a bike, you will never forget it.
Its basically 3 steps: Sit backwards, jump backwards into a handstand, and then snap your feet down.

yes. I want it. I want to do a backhand spring! MOOHAH the sad part is that I can’t even backbend!!! or backbend kickover.. not even a fucking bridge kickover!!! :D ahhaha wooow I suck, yes I know, make fun of mee! So..I’ll work on it..mm yeahh! Btw!, I’m not like overweight or anything..I’m just not really really strong or muscular, and I’m not a wimp either! Im not gonna lie I have a hot body..it just needs more muscle!!!! D:
I really want to do a backhandspring. I can do back extensions and kick over from that, I’ve almost got my back walkover. I can do roundoffs, cartwheels, etc. I may take a tumbling class in a few weeks and we’re tumbling in gym right now. Any suggestions?

ive always wanted to be a cheerleader. ever since like 4th grade. but my family is obsessed with volleyball..and i played it my whole life. during cheer season, i coiuldnt tryout because of vball
ive never done anything like it before in my life
and i want to make varsity cheer.
its october 26th, and tryouts are in april.
im enroling myself in two gymnastics classes, stretching everyday, and working on my motions and jumps for at LEAST an hour each day.
to make varsity all i really need to master for sure is my roundoff backhandspring.
ive NEVER attempted it in my life.
i wont say i cant, because i know that i will do this.
any starter tips?

I learned to do it a long time ago. I’m not sure if I can still do it, and I don’t really wanna take the risk of trying.
I need to learn it… MY COACHES ARE EXPECTING IT! AAH!

I’ve been working really hard for about a week or 2 && i kno it will take time but i dont have much time! i need it 4 cheerleadin this summer && def. 4 high school cheerleadin….got any tips 2 help me learn? please….....im desperate!
