I’m slowly moving my waking time back – it’s been late recently due to a lack of morning commitments, but finally I’m at 7.30. For some reason the tiredness has really hit me recently though, so it’s going to move more slowly from here on in…

I did Not wake up at 5am(my goal) I woke up at 6:15am, I did workout but I did not accomplish my other goals(motivating my sis to work out, clean house, play with my dog). I will try again 2morrow…I love the way I feel when I get up early, if I put my emotions in check then I know I can get up at 5am. Well enough talk & more action. I promise myself I will get up at 5 am 2morrow…
I have been trying 2 wake up at 5 am for many years, my problem is consistency. I will try one final time- my goal is to wake-up at 5am everyday & workout for 30days in a row. I will start 2morrow, maybe writing on this blog will help me. I’ll let u know the results…Wish me luck or should I say wish me consistency…
i have been wanting to accomplish this goal of early rising for a very long time. I will feel like i accomplished this goal when i get up everyday at 5am for 30 days.
haha. :) I’ve actually done this during high school and all through college. I had to wake up early or I’d be left by the bus.
It’s over now, I wake up at 6am. haha. Not much difference, eh? oh well.:)
The afore mentioned plan seems to be working well. I’ve tracked it back to 6am after two weeks of 7:00am starts. 6:00 and 7:00 are very different – it means an extra hour of quality work – I’m very much looking forward to 5:00am (in about two weeks time).
Mayhaps I should start with a more measured 7:00am, every day – for two weeks.
I don’t intend to consiously change my ‘bed-time’, just sleep when I can go on no further. We’ll see how this goes.
