I had some broccoli today. I am intermittently trying to eat more and more veggies so I become more comfortable with them.

How I did it: I picked a vegan friendly salad at a restraunt i was at, and just made up my mind to try it. I had it with Greek dressing, and it was so amazingly good! Lessons & tips: Experiment with different dressings to find what you like. |

I am a pretty healthy person but I really hate vegetables. The crunchiness in my mouth is very aversive to me. This is going to be hard for me.
