give a speech in front of a thousand people (and get a standing ovation)

I really recommend this to everybody! I had to give a speech in front of 5000 chinese students, teachers, principals AND the largest german TV network about 15min. I was soooo afraid especially because I had to do one part of it in chinese, and i got standing ovation! 3 times! even during my speech! i was sooo happy afterwards! i think i will never ever be afraid of doing something like this anymore!
