How I did it: This goal was extremely challenging for me due to the fact that my mother is as toxic as they come. I had to be honest with myself and stop allowing her to run my life. I researched online, thought about my past and made a dicision based on soley what I WANT and not what everyone else thinks I should do. Im glad I made the decision to completly stop "feeding" into" her and also eliminated ALL contact with her. Since then, my life has turned completely around.
