Today's Yoga~ 4 weeks ago

was so peaceful.

During one of the moves that I particularly do not care for I imagined I was bowing to and sending loving energy and thoughts to my friends around the world…and I enjoyed it today! That was really amazing and wonderful.

Also,during the meditation I realized how much I needed it in that moment, it was almost a desperate feeling and a great comfort to BE during that meditation…

Still and Quiet 1 month ago

The mindfulness, meditation and yoga have been helping me regain my balance~ emotionally, physically, and spiritually…

I wish our daily lives naturally respected our needs in this way, and that we were not driven to work ourselves excessively. I often find myself suddenly feeling as if I need to be DOING SOMETHING when in reality just being still and quiet is what I need.

Noticing that in myself.

Favorite Kundalini dvd ~ 1 month ago

I had to “rebuy” my favorite Kundalini dvd because I think I lent my other one out and did not get it back…but it arrived just in time!
I did it this morning…felt really great!

Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh

This one is my most favorite ~ it is the next best thing to being in my favorite class! very doable & fun

I met a lady 2 months ago

who is a Kundalin instructor at the training (she is now finishing her Master’s in Counseling)... she gave me great resources for Kundalini Yoga in my area…also,
the presenters talked a lot about Kundalini Yoga and
we even did some breathing exercises ~ it was great
to see how to integrate these exericses into practice with clients who
are suffering from depression/anxiety…
excellent!

Looking for a place~ 8 months ago

I am looking for a place to practice Kundalini yoga~
originally I went to a class that was at the gym and I loved it!

Kundalini yoga is the mother of all yogas and is a little different than many of the other types. Kundalini yoga integrates more breathing, movement, and prayer~ it’s very relaxing and fun to me!

When I practiced it before during the times/positions of rest I felt like a
newborn baby~ very safe and happy… I know it sounds weird, but it felt great!!!

I bought a new dvd over the weekend and I did it yesterday~ it was very nice… but I’d really like to find a place to practice Kundalini….

putting it on the list~ why not!!!!!
