ideclaireSexy Showers

Without going into too much detail, or giving too much away… If one day I’m really comfortable with money, I’d consider designing a line of * ahem * sex-compatible showers. Because sometimes things can get a little tricky in the there ;) 3 years ago

ideclaireOpen a sandwich shop

I love sandwiches! I love making them, coming up with crazy-high culinary creations. I don’t know much about the business aspect—but that’s what years, and partners, are for. When it comes down to it, the passion if definitely there. 3 years ago

ideclaireLive ______

…downtown
I was born in a city—Baltimore, MD. I grew up over the county line, went to college in a small, mountain town. After college I moved home to Baltimore, but ever-so-slightly within the official city limits. I now work downtown (20 minute commute) and have recently started to explore its various dimensions. Despite some of the obvious drawbacks (crime, drugs, poverty, corruption, occasional odor), it really is a great city. It’s complex and historical, cultured yet unpretentious. And it helps remind me of everything else that’s out there in the world.
I feel that living in the thick of it—perhaps going car free—I will be able to absorb my surroundings more fully. Walking everywhere. People watching. Having so many great restaurants, bars, shops, parks, museums, etc. all around. Stumbling across things that inspire me daily. That intangible feeling of success that I attribute (for whatever reason) to being a young female living on her own in ‘the big city’.
I do have a few things holding me back: Money, of course, is in the forefront. While I may save money on gas and car-related expenses, rent is much higher. Plus I know I’d go out much more, spending money I already don’t have and/or should be putting towards other goals (student loans) Also, I love my privacy and quite time—I feel these may suffer in compact, urban environments. 3 years ago
