know that it's gonna be ok

Its a simple concept really to realize that the world doesn’t really revolve around me! Its not about what I want, or whats in it for me. It simply is what it is, good or bad, pretty or ugly (or how about pretty ugly!). Bottom line is…whatever is going on today, right now, at this moment, is ok.

I also want know that everything is gonna be ok.
We just have to think more often about it.
Or have someone behind us to remind us.

I have to go to a funeral for a 20 y/o son of a good friend of mine. He was killed over in Iraq. Its going to be a very hard day, and a huge part of me does not want to go because it will be way too hard. But I know its gonna be ok. Sad, heartbreaking but its gonna be ok.

... is going to be okay!

What I have to remember is that I’m not god. I forget that I’m not the one in charge and instead I’m trying to “fix” things that are totally out of my control. If I let go and just do the next right thing then everything will be okay. It may not be the way I want it, but its all okay.

its scary to let go and know that its gonna be ok.

Believing and knowing that its gonna be okay is such a freedom sometimes. It takes away so much stress and worry. Its scary at times thats for sure but it always turns out okay.

How can it not be okay? Right?

Its all about letting go and letting it happen as its suppose to. Thats what I have to keep reminding myself. I think I’ll move this goal to the top to as a daily reminder.

we have had much $ going out and little coming in. we do our best to be frugal, buy smart, not waste, but we need to not keep dwindling the reserves. we are not doing well with connecting to our source, of letting the universe care for us.
we may not know it’s gonna be ok, but we do know we are loved.
