I see airplanes flying on the sky and I feel my heart melt. I have lived abroad before but now I’ve settled down here in Finland too long.

I applied to go to do volunteer work in Malaysia. I hope it works out! 5 months in Kuala Lumpur would be exactly what I need.

HWgirl is not doing what she should be :(

It's actually going to happen! 9 months ago

Last week I got an email from my university saying which universities I’m going to be studying at during my year abroad – First off Karl Franzens University in Graz then La Autonoma in Madrid!

And both with one of my best friends!

The cost of living in Madrid is making me worry a little, but I’m still so excited!

Only 6 months to wait!

:):):):):):)

My dream 2 years ago

Since i can remember i’ve wanted to move abroad mainly because i’m fed up of England, it’s expensive, crime ridden and everyone seems to moan. I was pretty sure Italy was where i wanted to go because i’m half italian and italian family it made sense but then i went to Berlin and completely fell in love with the city but i do know i will leave England i’ve got to get out of here!

Moving abroad... 2 years ago

... is not easy. So many things to settle and do. But well, no more complaints, i’ve finally moved abroad, to Singapore. Not very far, yet very different.

I love it here!

I want to move to another country 3 years ago

I can drive a crane & a truck so I could get employment in just about any country. I’ve no ties, only my crane driving job which I start on Tuesday 2/5/06. I’m new to cranes so I want to get a years experience out of it, then there wont be anything holding me back. I really fancy New Zealand.

I have a friend to stay with, and money for a plane ticket, but I am still 2 classes short of the degree I’d need to get a job and a visa. How I miss the place…
