sell an original piece of art

I work for a non-profit agency that just had its annual fundraiser, and event we call “Paint it Forward” that pairs up local children with local artists. They co-create a piece of art and it is sold in an auction. One of our artists canceled one night, so a co-worker and I ended up working with two great kids. The problem was that neither of us are artists! But we helped the kids and created a piece of our own that somehow got into the auction, and somebody bid a whole $14 on it! Wahoo!

I guess to sell it I would actually have to creat it first…. hmmm… maybe that should be a goal as well. :/
